Flood-Sensing LED Delineator
Proposal for Road Authorities

A delineator beside a roadside storm drain or manhole senses flooding, warns on site with a red flash and alerts the control center and duty staff in real time. The post also marks the location of submerged drains so blocked inlets can be cleared quickly.
